Youth EXCOM: giving young people a voice

Join an EXCOM before you're 35? Why not? We believe young people bring a lot to our collective. This think tank is made up of around twenty employees under 35 years of age from all functions and sectors of the Group. This committee meets regularly for two years to reflect and work on all the Group's issues through the prism of the younger generation. What if it were you tomorrow?

Our professionals support you

Every year, the Group's HR teams and employees actively welcome around 200 interns and work-study students, providing each of them with the opportunity to put their knowledge into practice and maximize their chances of success.

"Avril Student Day" is an annual event where you can talk directly to the Group's Executive Committee and find out about Avril's history, ambitions and projects. Sharing experiences like this sometimes paves the way to new ways of thinking.

At the end of your time with us, the "A springboard for your job" day lets you take advantage of hands-on workshops and testimonials led by Group experts, which provide you with the keys to approach the rest of your career with confidence, hopefully at Avril!

Student Day 2026, Rue de Monceau, Paris
This year, we welcomed 80 students from different Group subsidiaries.
The day began with the inspiring career journey of Guyonne DES RIEUX, Strategy Project Manager at Lesieur and a member of the Youth Comex.
We challenged our students…
With a quiz to test their knowledge of the Group.
Time for a game to break the ice and guess the hidden anecdotes of each team.
Awakening the senses during a tasting session to discover some of our brands’ products.
A deep dive into our model with the Avril governance framework and the Graine framework.
Aymeric Mongeaud and Emmanuel Manichon, members of the Comex, answered the students’ questions.
The afternoon began with different workshops, including one dedicated to inclusion to foster diversity within the Group.
Another workshop on the Purpose and responsible digital practices.
And a dynamic Speed Meeting between future talents.
A wonderful day filled with meaningful encounters and sharing!
