A SUSTAINABLE AND RESPONSIBLE COMMITMENT

A strong industrial strategy

Sofiprotéol’s actions are driven by one mission: to invest in responsible industries that serve the regions and listen to consumers.

Its industrial and entrepreneurial approach is in line with a long-term development and value creation strategy. Thanks to its knowledge of agro-industrial issues, Sofiprotéol is able to adapt the investment period to the needs of the project presented.

Tailor-made financing solutions

Sofiprotéol offers flexible investment solutions for customized support:

  • Minority investments in equity, quasi-equity and loans to support players in the agricultural and agri-food sector
  • Financing innovation in the oilseed and protein crop sector through the management of the FASO interprofesional fund
  • Debt financing of players in the agricultural and agri-food sector
  • Investment in partner funds with a complementary approach

In 2024, this support took shape through strategic investments in companies such as Maïsadour, Ciacam, and Sophie Lebreuilly, all with a shared goal: strengthening the resilience of agricultural sectors in the face of economic, climate, and food-related challenges.

FINANCING INNOVATION FOR ALL MODELS

Sofiprotéol also supports innovation through research. Managed on behalf of the oilseed inter-professional organizations, the FASO fund finances innovative research projects aimed at improving the competitiveness of production and developing outlets for these sectors.
