Start-Up Day: 9 Start-Ups at the heart of Innovation at Avril

Pitches, exchanges, and innovation: a look back at the Start-Up Day.

On the occasion of its Start-Up Day, Avril welcomed nine international start-ups specializing in food ingredients, such as proteins, fibers, and fats. With the support of the EIT Food Accelerator Network, they presented their innovations to address the major challenges of Avril’s strategic plan Ambition 2030 and to develop more natural, sustainable, and high-performance ingredients.

The day was filled with inspiring pitches and numerous exchanges, allowing Avril teams to meet the start-ups, discover their solutions, and explore potential future collaborations.
